Two ways to earn on every home.
Sell premium, hurricane-rated modular homes and earn a commission on the sale — then earn again by coordinating the build. One network, two income streams, one home at a time.
Most programs pay you once. This one pays you twice.
Every NanoNest home creates two chances to earn: the commission when you sell it, and a coordination fee for guiding the build from contract to keys. You can capture both.
Sale commission
Earn a percentage of every home you sell — plus any upgrades the buyer adds. Bring your own buyer and you earn the higher rate. Close 23 homes in your first year and your rate steps up — for good.
Coordination income
Every home needs someone to keep the project moving. Coordinate it yourself, or sell the full-service package and hand it to a certified coordinator — either way there’s more on the table, on top of your commission.
Your rate rewards the buyers you bring.
Where the lead comes from sets your rate — and your track record raises it.
*Reach 23 closed homes in your first 12 months and your higher rate applies to every home after. You earn a percentage of each home’s price plus any upgrades the buyer adds — so your commission grows with the sale, and concessions are reflected automatically. Commissions are earned when a sale closes and fully funds — tracked live in your portal and paid on time.
Get paid to keep the build on track.
Coordinate the essentials
Guide the home through its early milestones — feasibility, site readiness, permitting — and earn coordination fees as each stage is met, on top of your commission.
Sell full service
Sell the full-service package, earn for the sale, and let a certified Transaction Coordinator run the file to completion. Full earning details are shared during onboarding.
Become a certified Transaction Coordinator.
Want income that doesn’t depend on making a sale? Get certified as a NanoNest Transaction Coordinator and earn by guiding homes from factory floor to final inspection. It’s a real role, real pay, and it’s yours to opt into once you’re certified.

Keep every home moving.
From contract to keys, a coordinator tracks the milestones, keeps the vendors on schedule, and makes sure nothing stalls — without ever acting as the builder. You coordinate; the buyer decides; the licensed pros build. Training shows you exactly where those lines sit.

Questions, answered.
When do I get paid my commission?+
Your commission is earned when a sale closes and fully funds. You’ll see every deal’s status in your portal, and payouts are made on schedule once the transaction funds.
What is coordination income, exactly?+
Beyond the sale, every home needs someone to keep the project moving from contract to keys. You can earn coordination fees for guiding that process — up to $1,500 per home, always on top of your commission. The full breakdown is covered during onboarding.
What is a Transaction Coordinator?+
A certified coordinator who keeps a home’s build on track from factory to final inspection — scheduling vendors and tracking milestones, without ever acting as the builder. Certified agents can opt in and earn coordination income managing files.
Do I need a real estate license?+
You’re an independent agent marketing NanoNest homes; NanoNest is the seller of record on every sale. You’re responsible for any license your activities require where you operate — our onboarding points you to what applies to you.
Is coordinating required to be an agent?+
No. Coordination income is optional and layered on top of selling. Sell only if you like — or add coordination and the certified-coordinator role for a second income stream.
